Our Impact

Groundwork in Wales helps people and organisations make changes in order to create better neighbourhoods, to build skills and job prospects, and to live and work in a greener way.

We work with communities and partner organisations to improve the quality of the local environment, the lives of local people and the success of local businesses in areas that need investment and support.

We create projects and services that benefit both people and the wider environment. As an independent organisation, we are able to access funding, bring expertise and experience to projects and mediate between organisations and communities to ensure that the needs of local people are met.

We focus our activity on disadvantaged communities where we can make most difference.
