Groundwork is a federation of independent charities. Each Groundwork Trust is a member of the federation, and signs up to a series of common aims, objectives and processes.
Groundwork Wales is governed and supported by a board of people who have an interest in ensuring the work Groundwork undertakes works towards the vision of the Trust.
Our board members are nominated representatives from the boards of the Groundwork Trusts across Wales and can also be co-opted from partner organisations. Our current board is as follows:
